Privacy

The short version

Your entries are yours. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
We don’t train AI on your data. Our AI provider processes your words only to turn them into entries or answer your questions.
You control your data. Export it whenever you like, and delete it at any time.
Not medical advice. Patterns and insights are a starting point, not a diagnosis.

When you talk or type

Your phone’s own speech recognition turns your voice into text. Recordings aren’t sent to us. (On some phones or languages, the phone’s speech service, such as Google’s, may handle the audio under its own terms. The Privacy Policy explains.)
The text, and the names of your measures, are sent securely to our server, which asks our AI provider to turn them into entries.
Your entries are saved to your account.

With Keep what I said on, your words are saved with each entry, so you can see where it came from. Turn it off in Settings › Logging and the words are dropped as soon as they’ve been turned into entries.

Chat

To answer a question, Chat looks up just the numbers it needs from your entries (an average, a count, what goes with a measure). Your whole history isn’t sent. Your chats are kept so you can go back to them; delete one in Past chats, or all of them in Settings › Chats.

Weather and health apps

Both are off until you turn them on in Settings › Connections. Weather uses the town you choose. Health Connect or Apple Health shares only what you allow, and you can stop syncing any time.

Keep your account safe

Turn on Two-step sign-in in Settings › Account, so signing in needs a code from an authenticator app as well as your password. Keep your recovery codes somewhere safe.
Each account can only ever reach its own entries.

Export or delete

Export: Settings › Your data › Export data, as CSV or JSON, as often as you like.
Delete your data: Settings › Delete all data erases your entries, measures, categories, updates, patterns and chats.

This website

This site has no cookies, ads, analytics or trackers, and its fonts come from the site itself, so visiting tells no one else anything.
